If it’s not on the Roadmap… Seriously it was presumably originally planned as a TSW2 project, but now has to be inserted in TSW3 but then only on a legacy ex TSW2 route??!!
It was precisely planned for München Ausburg. It must surely be expected soon. they talked about it in the previous roadmap. It must complete the db br 423
