The routes and other DLC should start downloading by now. Have you completely shut down and restarted Steam or better still LOVE down and restarted your PC then Steam? That started the process for me but with over 100Gb of data to download and install/verify at 8MB/s it’s a long process.
I experienced similar thing right now, I'm also on Epic version of the game. Core route of TSW3 missing from my Epic Launcher Library. Have no idea why.
No, I did not, but it is EPic. May work same as Steam, so maybe worth a try. It was interesting that after purchase it offer two install option separate , one for core game and one for spirit of stem. I chose core game of course..... you see the result.
Hey - I'm trying to grab some information on this thread RE: Epic. Are you able to let me know here what you're seeing please? https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/all-dlc/train-sim-world-3?sortBy=relevancy&sortDir=DESC&count=40 - these are the current ones available, with the rest coming around 15:00 UTC tomorrow.
Hi JD! Already reply your massage on other thread, but to make things clear. I already owned Spirit of Steam on TSW2, that's made me pre-purchase Standard Edition TSW3. Spirit of Steam already available in Epic Store since yesterday afternoon i believe, but up till it says "Unavailable" on the Spirit of Steam store page. Thanks
Hi JD, I bought the deluxe edition on Epic. I have not owned Spirit of steam on tsw2. Now all I see is Spirit of stem on tsw3. Non of the 3 new core routes are available. Non of the 10 or so previous dlc are available in tsw3.
I can see all the 23 DLCs that are listed in your post as already available in the Epic store, where they are offered to me for purchase. But neither does the client download them, nor are they listed as already purchased Add-ons in my library. The four routes that I bought with the TSW3 deluxe version are all there, though.
I think the problem is on Epic side, thanks for JD to get in touch with us. I hope it will sorted out soon.
I wonder if you have the 3 new core routes playable? If you look at my print screen attached picture you see that I have neither.
I have the same issue as tygerways#2596, I have my four core TSW3 routes from the Deluxe Edition but none of the TSW2 stuff yet. I noticed when I go to the store page from the main menu, the TSW Compatible DLCs that I own and that have been released so far on Epic show a yellow check mark over them same as the four TSW3 routes but I see no way to download and use them in TSW3. DW
It already started for me: I will have to check if everything is entitled that is supposed to be (cause the number of AddOns should be higher for TSW3 than for TSW2, since the "core" routes count as AddOns now, minus the Class 465 loco DLC, I guess), but the main bulk seems to be on its way.
Hi JD! Just received big updates in mya Epic Launcher, i'm pretty sure it's my previously owned addon being downloaded!
DTG JD Alright, I checked. I got entitled to all my TSW2 AddOns EXCEPT for: 1) the three Rush Hour routes (Boston Sprinter, Dresden Nahverkehr, London Commuter), that I bought with the Summer Pass at the time 2) the TSW2 core routes (Sand Patch Grade, Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen, Bakerloo Line) 3) Southeastern Class 465 (was to be expected since now part of SEHS)
Hi guys, will this solve my problem, too? It seems that so far I am the only one who didn't get the core routes. Cheers
So, this is a good sign. It appears the entitlements are being added to the first batch of releases Epic have put out - the second batch (including Rush Hour and TSW2 core) is due later this afternoon. They may not have the entitlements immediately, but we've been told before the weekend it all should be sorted.
Can you show me what you're seeing on your Epic Store please? And are you seeing any updates to your collection from the update others are mentioning?
Alright. At the moment I have actually working entitlements to DLCs that are NOT offered in the Epic store yet. They don't even have thumbnails for it, so my "Manage AddOns" screen looks like this atm: I will report again after the store update.
Sure. Now after Epic Launcher update I am still missing: - All 3 core routes. - All 3 TSW 2 core routes - All 3 Rush Hour routes - Peninsula Corridor - Southeastern High Speed (I know this is part of the new core routes) - Class 465 - Baby Bullet - Caltrain MP 15
Okay, and to absolutely confirm - on your Store you're not able to download them without paying for them (TSW3 Core routes, that is)?
DTG JD For me, the TSW2 Core routes are also still missing and I got another problem. While the addon-manager shows, the SEHS is installed and I do own it, it doesn't appear in the game. I've bought the German Starterpack and transferred SEHS over from TSW2. All other routes I bought in TSW2 are active. The storepage of SEHS still presents the "Buy now" button, in german for me though.
I make screenshots of everything may be important to see for you. - Invoice - obviously deluxe edition (Currency in Hungarian Forint) - Epic Games launcher - I can only launch here the game, nothing to install - Epic Games store - can not purchase the game, stating it is in my library - Epic Games store - I could buy again my missing DLCs , already owned in TSW2 . This is also true for the three TSW 2 core routes! - Epic Games store - I could buy again all the new TSW3 core routes Here are the screenshots: [removed this image - JD - personal information]
As mentioned on the thread linked above, Epic have set up the entitlements in batches, and we expect the second set to be live before the end of the weekend.
The Epic store now offers all the DLCs, including the Rush Hour Routes and the TSW2 core routes for puchase. I still do not have the entitlements for those DLCs, though. I will report if anything changes until the "end of the weekend". By the way, thank you very much for listening to my complaints and "fixing" the price for the legacy loco DLCs on the Epic store, getting them out of the 17.99 € slot and back into the 13.99 € slot.
Hmmm. I just noticed that in GBP Sterling, all the locos are £14.99 on EPIC, but £11.99 on Steam. It looks like the price also needs to be lowered for other currencies!
Just to clarify, the same loco add-ons are priced at £14.99 if you buy them from the EPIC TSW2 add-on page, but at £11.99 if you buy them from the TSW3 add-on page.
All the TSW2 DLCs I bought are now showing and are in my TSW3. Just missing the three core TSW2 routes, hopefully they will pop in this weekend. DW
Will do. I have a feeling that for the Rush Hour routes it can make a difference if you bought the summer pass (that used to be one unnamed DLC before all three routes were released) or if you bought them separately.
Hey DTG JD , It is Sunday now and I am still missing: 1) the three Rush Hour routes (Boston Sprinter, Dresden Nahverkehr, London Commuter), that I bought with the Summer Pass at the time 2) the TSW2 core routes (Sand Patch Grade, Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen, Bakerloo Line) ad 1 and 2: Those routes are offered to me in the store for purchase, not listed as owend or active AddOns and the Epic client didn't download any pak-files. 3) Ruhr-Sieg Nord route DLC and BR 155 loco DLC (that is based in the Ruhr-Sieg Nord route DLC) ad 3: Those DLCs are ARE listed as active AddOns and the Epic client DID download a corresponding pak-file for each DLC ("TS2Prototype-WindowsNoEditor-RuhrSiegNord.pak" and "TS2Prototype-WindowsNoEditor-RSNBR155.pak"), but they still DO NOT appear in the game. In the store the Ruhr-Sieg Nord route DLC is offered to me for purchase as an TSW3 AddOn, while it shows as owned ("in library") as an TSW2 AddOn. The BR 155 loco DLC shows as owend ("in library") BOTH as an TWS2 AddOn as well as an TSW3 AddOn. Thank you very much for taking care of this.
Okay, thank you for letting me know. I'll pick this up with our Retail team (and Epic) tomorrow morning.
