Game Keeps Crashing

this is driving me insane, i cant finish a service because the game always freezes for 5 minutes and then crashes. i have not been able to finish one service. it's so frustrating driving around for 45 minutes, almost at the destination and then it just freezes and crashes, like wtf.

 

What Platform our you on(PC Steam/Epic, PS or Xbox), and which routes are causing the problems.

 

I am having exactly the same problem, at least with the new TSW3 routes
