Tsw3 Menu Sound Effects Missing After Dropping Music

I really did not like the music in the TSW3 opening. So I used the option to turn it off. But I was surprised that the weather sound effects were also turned off by doing that. I really liked them. Can dovetail make the option to turn off the sound effects separate?

 

Those effects are part of the BGM, they aren’t random effects or anything.

 

I guessed that was the case. I’m hoping they can just make the weather effects available separately.
