Now that the add on manager has been introduced, have there been any change to the crashing rates around Dresden? I am on PS4 and have both Riesa and Chemnitz.
No, not really. At least not in my experience (PS4 Slim). You come near Dresden-Mitte, no matter if east- or west-bound, and ........ BOOOOM. The BR101 seems to work with less stutter now. (Nice) The BR155 doesn´t layer anymore in DRA. I can´t drive her anymore there. (Not nice!) There seems to be less AI traffic (which is IMHO a benefit, considering the former freight deadlocks around Dresden). Yet, try to avoid meeting with a Dosto consist. It severly hits fps. (Not nice at all!) EDIT: The CC scenarios don´t work anymore, at least not the "Off the Rails" scenarios. They appear in the scenario planner, but are not accounted for (0/30) and you can click on them until you turn red and nothing happens. To add some "fun": The Add-ons Manager Update installed a DLC which I´ve never purchased. It doesn´t appear in your library as "purchased" or "installed". Yet, you can open it in the route menu, it´s a virgin, and drive normally all the journeys, scenarios and timetables. (Nice? ..... hmmm) Nobody can explain it. And no: "License Refresh" doesn´t help here either. It´ll sit there forever and you won´t be able to uninstall or purchase loco add-ons for this route. I dunno, everybody has probably his own definition of "mess". But I´d call this a mess. Can we call this a mess? Why-Oh-Why did I not uncheck "Automatic Application Updates"? Ah, I know: Because there´re other games which receive updates. Without causing such mess, though. Now, if the PS5 guys are happy with it because it solves that nasty DLC limitation, fine. But then, just update the PS5 and leave the rest untouched. Geeeeeez DTG, it´s really meant as a friendly reminder (I like the game, that´s why I´m so upset): You certainly MUST get your act together if you want to pass as a serious SW Publisher!
As far as you described, it seems there is no change to the first Dresden route. Has anybody noticed crashes coming into Dresden on Tharandter Rampe? Slightly unrelated, how is London Communter?
