The Proposal I hereby propose the famed Tuscan Red livery for the already existing PRR GG1 locomotive. Oh look, here's a picture of it right there! (original: https://ogrforum.ogaugerr.com/printer-friendly-topic/nj-transit-gg1-4877-in-prr-livery) Mini FAQ: Q: Why? A: I think the Tuscan Red livery is the one the GG1 is most renowned for, and I think it deserves its place inside TS, as a TS Marketplace livery. Q: What is 'Tuscan Red' please? A: Tuscan Red is a livery by PRR that the PRR locos wore. Q: But what will we have to pay to get it? A: Well, I think it'd probably cost the same as the PRR Silver livery that's already on the TS Marketplace, so £2.99. If you're a GG1 fan like I am, I think it'd be worth it! Q: But... isn't creating a livery very hard? A: Welp, I've only ever done Trainz reskins (my Trainz username: 8686), and that wasn't all that hard, and I think it'd be more or less the same with TS. I've even reskinned the Trainz "PRR GG1 green" into Tuscan Red myself! Q: And... how does that involve us? A: I've made a poll at the top of this thread, and you can vote whether you'd like the Tuscan Red livery for the GG1 in TS. If you'd like to say something else that can't be conveyed via the poll, feel free to leave a comment! I always like to hear your opinions! Author's Note Now in summary, I'd really like to see this livery as an official add-on for TS, and I think it'd be very nice to see the already marvellous GG1 in Tuscan Red, and I think you'd love it too.
Not really "official" in any sense of the word, but the fantastic folks over at Railworks America have got you covered - http://www.railworksamerica.com/ind...ve-stripe-tuscan-red&catid=18:engine-repaints
