In some locations the speed shown in the F3 or F4 HUD is doubled or overlapped making the speed difficult to see

At Huddersfield P8 there is a 20 mph part way down the platform and it has a double mark - if I delete one of them it shows normally but I cannot see any speed marker - is it way below the surface?

Same leaving Huddersfield where the speed changes from 20 to 40. It is doubled until you pass the colour light and it reverts to a single mark

And at Heaton Lodge Jn where you join the mainline the speed board is doubled and difficult to read.

Anyone know of a solution or why it is doing it?

    Thanks

    Peter

I have wondered about this as well, as I have seen a lot of these and the 20 at Huddersfield took me by surprise the first time it penalized me. Most are 60, so other than that one, it's innocuous enough. As you said, however, they may be below the surface or something to that effect, so this could be useful to help DTG bug this if the exact location of these extra signs can be found.

Added via the scenario editor maybe?

    Have you checked Peter?

Bear in mind speeds are actually set by drawing the selection tool along the track in the editor and entering values in the text box, wonder if it's possible a small section got overlooked?

A change to the RouteProperties.xml solved the problem

this entry <HasSpeedsigns d:type="bool">1</HasSpeedsigns> was changed from 0 to 1

And now the speed signs show properly :)
