As title says, I haven't been able to preorder it through the Steam store. All other DLCs always had a preorder option. Is it just me who is running into this issue?

Whether you preorder or not, it doesn't make a difference. You won't get to play it early or get a discount and it's a digital product so no worry about it running out

Like Chevy Chase's seasonal bonus in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, the "management" did away with preorder discounts this year (and probably future years).

They said no more preorders or early discounts on a recent stream. Personally I’d like to see a 25% preorder discount and no sale reduction for 2 years. It sad when you pay full price and can get it cheaper in a few months time. I didn’t buy TSW3 on release and paid only £17.99 five weeks later.

I would say a year, but otherwise tend to agree.

Both BCC and whatever the Bremen route code is, have been consigned to buying in one of next year's sales. 25% off either BCC or the German route would have given a preorder price of £22.50, just about acceptable. I'm also of the view that if charging £30 for brand new content, anything over a year old should get a permanent reduction in price, followed by another at two years.
