I got the new Tehachapi add on and it's not loading. I did a loading cache cleaning. Still getting a loading error. On the drive menu the wheel keeps spinning, I've included screenshots. It does this on all attempts.
A very, very, very common reason is, people don't read the requirements for the scenario packs. By design these are intended to use more versatile rolling stock. My educated guess is that you don't own the BNSF ES44DC. Solution? Only offer these packs as Complete Your Collection bundles, even at 0%. DTG JD This is clearly not enough. Partially because it's in the wrong place (collapsed, at the end), partially because people don't read. ps.: What's ultra confusing about this one is how the scenario #1 above has the same loco, with its naming suggesting the loco should come with the route. Also, Marias Pass seems to have an ES44DC as well. Unless it breaks things, might want to edit the names of these trains by adding the pack suffix OR relocating & merging them.
Work perfect for me except that I still have BNSF engine without their names on them but I lived in Canada and maybe that s why....
Right click TSC in Steam, click Properties, navigate to DLC, search for ES44: Judging by the SteamDB page, you should (only) have the US Branded version installed. The unbranded version is not available anymore. The package includes both for backwards compatibility or somesuch. You probably have it like my installation. Ideally you should be able to just uncheck the Unbranded, but it might not fix it up correctly, so untick both, wait for the "download" to complete, then retick US Branded.
If for some reason you don't have the said items you can always edit the consist. the only problem is the missing items might be called for in the scenario. just an idea.
