Hi, Chris here. I Know that Train Sim World 2020 was out 2 years ago but, I love TSW 2020 it was my favourite game. Besides, It´s the game with the most DLCs purshased that I have. Well, my problem is that I purshased TSW 2020 in Microsoft Store 2 years ago and I downloaded again today because I want to do a video with a DLC that I don´t have in Train Sim World 2 but that I have in Train Sim World 2020. The Problem is... When the download finished, I started the game but... When it was fully loaded the only DLC that I can play was Great Western Express and that is so annoying. How can i fix this problem?. Thanks, bye

Did you make sure the dlc was actually installed?

What DLC is missing? Remember the north east corridor never made the jump from TSW 2020 to TSW 2

I think that's the one the OP is having trouble with, since they specified a DLC that they don't have in TSW2 but do have in TSW2020, hence installing TSW2020 in order to play it. That's amost certainly NEC:NY

What does it say on the store page for the DLC? It should have an install button, you'll need to install it separately from installing TSW2020. Go to the page where you installed TSW2020 and check the list of DLC for the game, you'll find it there.

You should log a ticket then. Look to dtg support I think and it should tell you how to submit a ticket.

The issue was that the new update of Microsoft Store, download the DLC in diferent folders and what I had to do was to copy the PAK file in to the Pack folder in the game folder
