On Xbox, the following reported to be unobtainable on TSW3 are CL31: Cemented Skillset and HBK: From City to Coast

• Issue Summary:

The achievements for creating your first livery and your first scenario don't pop for me. I've imported my profile from TSW2, but they don't pop either when I try to unlock them with a new profile.
The achievements for completing my own scenario and completing with my own livery worked fine.

On Xbox, can you delete a profile and start another to earn the achievements again and get more Microsoft reward points?

Agreed, the achievement “CC: Serves all the West” is broken for me too.

 

When the TVG distance trophy unlocked it was refered to as C40-8W: C40 miles! which is wrong its PS4 TSW3 in trophy group 12!

 

I have tagged the pic on twitter included TSW account in it, shows 2 trophys of the same name!

RE- BR 187: A Long First Trip
G10 - Complete the DB BR 187 scenario 'From Aachen to Ehrenfeld'

This is broken in both TSW2 and TSW 3. Its the only achievement in for TSW2 that I have not unlocked - Please fix!

Well a new one here. TSW2, XBOX ONE S, no profile transfer, I know it’s unlockable but it didn’t for me:

CRR: Doing What You Can achievement - Complete Clinchfield Railroad scenario 'Limited Power’

 

I too have had many problems unlocking achievements especially as I now have a Microsoft Rewards account which earns points for your achievements. Prior to this I didn’t seem to mind about unlocking achievements.

Some achievements automatically unlock with a green xbox icon symbol at the bottom of the screen which I press and hold to gain points in Microsoft Rewards However occasionally even following this method it fails to be noted in Microsoft Rewards. Also introduction tutorials sometimes fail to unlock.

When I have reported to Microsoft a completed achievement that failed to recognise and add the achievement points, Microsoft ask for screenshots and videos but how can you show a screenshot or a video if you don’t know beforehand that the achievement wouldn’t result in points being added. All I can do is inform them of the achievement and photocopy your list of achievements. They don’t seem to listen as they cannot offer me any advice or a solution and keep saying send in a screenshot or video.

Can someone please kindly advise me how to achieve a screenshot or video once an achievement has been completed as I have asked Microsoft who never respond with an answer and I wouldn’t think it is possible, but they seem to think it is and I don’t know how to do this? It is so frustrating so does anyone know how you can return to take both a screenshot and video?

 

And why not also here: And here we go ladies and gents! Exactly one year ago I submitted my ticket for the failing BR 187 achievement. I really don’t mind the occasional bug or drop in frame rate. Mistakes are a fact of life.
But to still be broken after a full year is pure disrespect.
So here you go DTG you are rewarded the Cold Shower Award 2022 for your lack of effort and disrespecting your customers. For stalling us by saying you are aware of the problem, for saying you have it logged, for making Pringle troubles a priority. Feel free to share this amazing award with Skyhook Games. Because they have low standards. Question is will you receive this award again in 2023?!

To be fair they are making a valid point. I still don't understand why this was picked for the slimmed down TSW3 achievements when everyone knows its broken!

Issue Summary: After transferring the profile from TSW2 to TSW3 Steam Achievements on many routes are not registered, and repeated completion of tasks to obtain these achievements does not bring results. In addition, in the player's profile in TSW3, there are unfinished tasks (scenarios) for some routes, although they are all completed in the route menu. In my opinion, it is already obvious that the problem is observed in all add-ons that have migrated from TSW2. Is it worth it to continue to rivet here posts about such bugs??
The very essence of the achievement problem, in my opinion, lies in the fact that the game does not register progress on certain locomotives / scenarios / DLC. This can be seen in the player's profile in the game itself for each of the routes. For example, on my Arosa profile, my progress on scenarios is 5/10. Experimentally, I found out that the execution of the scripts of the RHB Aniversary add-on is not registered. And so on for each of the old DLC.

Dear developers, you should at least occasionally give feedback on our reports! And then everything is as if we are broadcasting into the void ... On the technical support portal, too, according to my tickets, there is silence for more than two weeks!

Try to complete the G6 ones too and it might work although not sure

Complete Tutorial with the Class 101

Edit: I did said Tutorial on a new Profile and didn't get the associated Achievement.

 

Achievement has been accidentally linked to cause the achievement to be unlocked by completing the class 465 scenario "Temporary Contract"

 

On LIRR the M7 training module doesn't work as it's impossible to stop as the brake/throttle locks, s you end up going through a red light.
Also Nev - Dresden BR 143 cannot be completed as all trains are stuck at red lights.
And the Complete the DB BR 187 scenario 'From Aachen to Ehrenfeld still not working, just as it didn't work on TSW 2.
These are all on TSW 3 on Xbox. (Series X).

On BCC on my PS5 there are some flowerpots that empty once I've moved away after collecting them. So for a few days I kept getting 10/25, then it was stuck at 14/25.

 

I noticed this today too

 

So I just completed the CJP: Taco Tuesday (complete all route tasks on Cajon Pass and the trophy didn’t unlock. This was in group 01 trophy list.
This took me a long time as lots of the collectibles were hidden in the desert. So frustrating, I’ve also complete SEH: trained and ready and SEH: All Rounder trophy criteria and they didn’t unlock, also on Groip 01.
On PS5 by the way.
I’ve had it up to here, I’ve spent a small fortune on all DLC because I enjoy this game and going for their trophies. But now I’ve had it with them.

 

I don't know if it's been written somewhere else already, but I finally figured out how to get these achievements.
I just logged out of Dovetail Live, created a livery an a scenario and the trophies popped

Started a new profile from the beginning, no profile transfer.

Fun fact:
On PS4 it worked, also when importing old profile.

I think someone upthread mentioned that the Trained & Ready achievement for completing all training modules on SEHS was broken. We can add to that Seeing Purple for 100 services (currently I'm sat on 102 and the trophy has not popped) and also completing all scenarios on Cajon Pass does not award the relevant trophy. (I've tried this on a new player profile as well just to check).

 

Tried this, does not work for me. Although uninstalled the game and deleted save file on console, reinstalled it and started from zero but does not unlock

 

Did you stay unlogged from Dovetail Live? That was what worked for me.

 

Yes, was logged out.
Now it finally worked for me while logged in
I did the one for finishing my own scenario and after that I tried again to do my first skin and scenario and both trophies popped. Feels like a roulette

 

seen this was fixed in todays release, still not a popping.

see for steam it’s now working though looking at the post above mine.

 

me again, created a brand new profile and it popped. Phew. (100% new profile before though not imported and strange didn’t pop on that one) thanks

 

Tynmar, you need profile where scenario haven't been completed before fix. Same as other similar achievements... (it result for new profile in most cases)

 

Good work in fixing the DB BR 187 achievement, class 31 and Hamburg lubeck need looking at now
