Train Sim World 3 Radioactive Snow?

What's going on here? Discovered this the other night on Oakville. I thought it was quite weird and it is in random places all over the route. Glowing or radioactive snow that appears on the ground and as what looks like squirt marks on equipment. (TSW3/Oakville/Xbox1)

Had the same effect in the cab of the Press 155 on BRO!

 

This was a bit of an issue when TSW2 launched but I never saw it as bad as that on any route back then.

 

This issue is primarily on TSW2020 that got ported over to TSW2. It also existed since then. Not sure about all newer content..

 

Yes, also in cab. Looks like someone spilled something on the heater box.
