The thermometer on the locomotive shows an engine temperature of over 150C. The engine temperature sensor has probably stopped working. It is necessary to replace the temperature sensor during the next maintenance of the locomotive.
I looked at the description of the thermometer. This thermometer measures the temperature of the hydraulic oil. That would be an even bigger disorder. Now that hydraulic oil would be boiling. That will be the sensor.
I know what you mean. I remember years ago there was a 360 on site that just started to move around wildly on its own, no one could get near the thing. Several hours later when it finally run out of fuel! One of the fitters discovered one of the other fitters had re routed one of the hydraulic hoses and not even considered that running the hose alongside the hot exhaust would be a problem!
