tens of locos appear anywhere they want, i think? really liked BR101 intercity, because it look similar to my country's passenger train set. but i hesitated to buy it because my feeling said that rhein-ruhr(requirement to run this loco according to steam explanation) was somewhat bit short to enjoy intercity services. but anyway i bought it in winter sale period, and i found that i can run it in highspeed line total length of about 170km. really appreciate for efforts of making all these timetables. seems like not easy work... (just came up with that thoughts while running Ruhr-Sieg with BR112)
I love the way German content layers into other routes. The 101 appears in many timetables and has some really nice services to drive. breblimator has put together a nice spreadsheet of German Synergies in TSW: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...dH0yTADmY4gNyMw_dRNi86G57o/edit#gid=390436278
Does also run IC56 Norddeich Mole Leipzig service via Oldenburg Hbf on Bahnstrecke Bremen Oldenburg. 07:35 IC service out of Oldenburg Hbf get stuck at Delmenhorst due to a freight train & DB Baureihe 425 ahead of you
how can they remember one and a half year ago dlcs and even add services on newely released routes? now there are one reason to buy Bremen Oldenbrug line.
Well Germany runs the same trains like everywhere (exaggeration) but with how everything is owned under db, German routes will feel busy. Each timetable is built so that it can use as many different locos as possible where appropriate. That's the whole point of the team who makes timetables. Use the existing trains in game and add it to the timetable where appropriate depending on location to make a route feel busy. They don't just forget.
Correct since all TSW 3 German routes tracks are owned by Deutsche Bahn infrastructure arm DB Netze. Also, it has its own version of a UK railmile engine called Trassenfinder. Here's a quote about it
Sorry for off-topic, but I didn’t know UK railmile, thanks for pointing this out. Looks interesting, even though you have to pay for it. As I can see, it has real time data of train locations throughout the UK. Do you know, is this limited to a certain category or does it contain all trains on UK tracks?
Railmiles engine UK has a limit of 10 queries per 24 hours and after those a Subscription is needed. For train tracking use real time trains and when I used the DB Netze trassenfinder it can access all the TSW 3 locomotives for route planning purposes. Format was 54xxx EMUs and 61xxx Electric locomotives.
