Train Sim World 3 Green M3, Russel Brand?

These 2 reskins appear on my TSW3 home page (on the "Creators Club" button) since a bit ago i guess. I have no idea, what are these.
First one is just a green M3 from either Harlem Line or LIRR.
Second one is a cyan GP38-2 from SPG with a lot of brands on it (like VIA, LNER, etc).
Posting it here too because i again have no idea where to post that.

 

I have no idea what it is either.

 

Tbh, when you type name of these reskins (try in full caps so it's "GREEN M3" and "RUSSEL BRAND") in the Creators Club, it says "No results found" so my guess is that they are either test liveries, or just some secret reskins we don't know.

Now found another weird mod, which is called "Mason XB1 Sub". It's a scenario this time.
