Why there is no ICE trains layered on HRR ? In scenario planner we can select ICE itinerary when making a service as far as I remember..
When Joe decides to do his timetable magic again if ever since he's also doing a million other projects. Hrr was built before the ice even existed. You can't just add trains in. If the timetable is made without the ice in mind, then it would have to be remade to fit the ice services in. Then you test it. So you're looking at several months of work. If routes were built with today empty spots for a loco, then it would be much easier to add the services in. Example being boston sprinter which has empty spots in the timetable for the acela. And bml with empty spots for the 700
Like what rennekton#1349 said, at the time hrr was made, there were no ICEs in the game, anyway nothing to say you can't make an ICE service on scenario planner.
Even if it could, it would still require a decent amount of work to ensure everything works and runs on time.
