PC Duplicating Scenarios

So I made a scenario (Paddington - Reading with a couple steam trains), is there anyway to duplicate it so that I can slightly edit it (e.g. instead of express Paddington - Reading, I can duplicate it and do a stopper service without having to edit the original scenario)

 

In TSW3, yes you can, just select Copy Scenario, however you cannot do this in TSW2

 

Do scenarios transfer to TSW3, like along with other stuff?

 

Yes, my liveries and scenario's transferred over, I got prompted to do so when I first fired up TSW3, don't know if you still get prompted when you load it first time now or if everything just gets automatically transferred, that's something you may need to ask DTG support
