Really nice route, good FPS, vegetation looks good. Also glad you returned to better TimeOfDay environment lights - those 0/0/255 fully saturated blue distant mountains on Karlsruhe-Strasbourg for example were quite annoying. 612's fun to drive and to control. Good work. Enjoying it!
It's curious that those tracks are coming back since last German routes came with more detailed tracks (Karlsruhe-Steasbourg and Leipzig-Dresden).
I´m going to share some feedback points from Railsim: 1. As someone else mentioned: why the old tracks? 2. according to locals, the scenery looks nice but is not always correct. As a commercial company I understand that they don´t have time to look in to every small detail, but they could have made a custom tunnel portal for the stretch of tunnels (trademark of the route). The one used does not fit the Pegnitzalbahn. That seems to be the biggest complaint concerning scenery. 3. super elevation is bareley noticable when driving non tilting trains. 4. Plattforms in Neuhaus are still incorrect. 5 the by far biggest discussion: GNT safety system and tilting. It´s a major part of this route and I understand that it maybe can´t be fully implented in TS classic... but why not the basics? You are able to switch on tilting function in the cab (BR 612), but the indicator light does not illuminate! This could an easy fix. Also there are no magnets for the GNT system on the route. I guess that having two different speeds on the line might be a problem but you could have implenated some of the said things to at least give off the impression that there is tilting and GNT on this route. All in all the complaints are not too many and feedback positive. We are hoping for some fixes and updates like was done with the Leeds-Huddersfield line.
