I can’t see my London Underground routes on tsw3. I got it when I bought tsw2 and when transferring it over it didn’t transfer the London Underground route.
Do you have over 50 dlc? Ps4 has a 50 item dlc limit If you have less than 50 installed, did you make sure it is actually installed through manage content tab?
Did you own a disc copy of TSW2? If so, you need to contact DTG (open a ticket) and ask for a digital license for the TSW2 content.
I had a similar issue with LIRR. It showed up in the in-game store page as being owned, but wouldn't install. I checked the game library on my PS4, but it wasn't showing there at all. The PS Store on my PS4 showed that I did own and could download it, but it still wasn't installing. So I checked out the PS Store online in a browser and after logging in I discovered I could 'buy' it. If I attempted to do so, I was informed I couldn't, because I already owned it (well yeah) and then I was prompted to install (from the webpage) to my PS4. Thankfully, this fixed the problem and I was then able to play LIRR.
