I have been using the Weardale turntable for my own route but it has a weird quirk of disappearing every once in a while. The turntable is functionally still there and moving it in the editor brings it back visually, but I do not understand why it vanishes. Is there a way of stopping it from performing this magic act?

Since I'm asking, one of the sidings I have coming out of the turntable has another quirk. The name for any marker I put on that piece of track either doesn't appear at all of is floating in a weird way on the map far away from it. Even replacing the track and restarting the game didn't fix it. Any ideas?

I believe I've seen the same thing on the Granger Heartland route. The turntable in Armourdale Yard is completely invisible, until you click on it, then it shows up like nothing happened. No clue why that happens.

It happens with many routes but always appears when it’s needed. No idea why it disappears but then it is TSC.

For me it doesn't even appear when needed. Interacting with it doesn't make it come back, only going into the editor and moving it.

  6. Have you checked the, quality level in the editor? I remember having certain assets randomly dissappear and it was the level of detail set to low for certain assets.

It's all at maximum for me.

It might be the individual LOD rather than the in game detail settings?

  9. Yes this is what I ment. I had to select the assets in the editor and change the lod to maximum.

    How do I do this?

  12. In the editor, double click the object and in the drop box on the rhs its circled in red. 10= max detail.

The LOD for the turntable is already set at 10

  14. I see. Could it be something to do with the tunnel decal?

That wouldn't explain the issue on my end, I don't have a tunnel for miles from the turntable.
