I love how my rendition of the avelia liberty livery, which I spend 3 hours creating from scratch on a livestream. I try uploading it? Instantly blocked because of copyright. Meanwhile this dude with logos and everything gets a pass?? I even changed the screenshots to remove the amfleets and still got flagged. Never again.
Mate I don't think it was removed due to copyright I think someone must've done a false report on you out of spit or accident. though if spit then they should be kicked of creators club. I feel sorry for you mate over 3 hours of work and it gets deleted due to a false claim hope you can reupload it or get it back on creator's club best wishes.
Query it buddy. Putting in hours of work, for it to be shot down is not the way to encourage creators. Let us know how you get on will you?
Its the Acela in the Title, had the same Issue with a scenario description. The filter sorts it out, possibly due to licencing or copyright, i doubt theres any human intervention in this. If you dont want to find another word or name it something silly like US High Speed Train, just put a point or space in Acela, so the filter doesnt get triggered. I managed to keep it up by naming it Ace la
I ended up just changing the name to avoid the usage of the word Acela and any brand naming in general, also attempted to avoid any rollinstovk in official liveries in my screenshots
Many haters and jealous people just want their liveries to be uploaded so they report others that’s what happened to me I uploaded many TGVs liveries but unbranded without “SNCF” “TGV” “INOUI” logos etc applied as it’s not in the authorized brand list, I named my TGVs “ High Speed Train” without any other copyrighted names but it was still taken down and at the same time I saw other TGVs with logos uploaded by one same author still online so I started thinking some low life person just false report others for ego but hey DTG doesn’t care like always
DTG doesn't do alot of moderation anyway, there is alot of illegal liveries on there that shouldn't be due to who is and isn't allowed on the CC based on licensing.
