Now that today Train Sim World 3 is more ahead than TS classic, I'm asking if Train Simulator or Railworks could do something new, Instead of always releasing standard England - Germany - North America as before, it would be exciting can be to go beyond these habits that have already been done in previous years. It would be even better to use this as a kind of test phase, To get the best routes to TSW3 I have been playing this game for more than 10 years already from childhood 2012. There are Belgian, french, Dutch, czech and Italian routes available for train simulator. I've not seen polish or Spanish routes but would not be surprised if they were available.
What you say isn't true. DTG have already released routes that include: Austria Switzerland France Italy Slovakia New Zealand South Africa Turkey China Japan And then there are 3rd party commercial products for: Brazil France Romania Holland I think you'll find there's more coverage than in TSW.

You are absolutely right, I just haven't been able to find a full Italian route made by DTG yet? Yes, there are indeed Dutch routes, but the annoying thing about it is that you usually have to manually pick tons of assets from sites to make them work. Takes time Personally, I hope they make a route in Belgium, preferably a busier one with a well-known station. Trains are not necessary because Sktrains has already made a number of them. a route would be great.
There isn't a full route published by DTG, but the Bernina Line: Poschiavo - Tirano route has a large piece of metre gauge line in Italy, and the Tirol: Brenner - Kufstein line and the Karawankenbahn: Ljubljana, Villach & Tarvisio line have standard gauge destinations in Italy.
Technically most of the other world routes on Steam are 3rd party devs that DTG publishes on steam. DTG has barely ventured outside of their 3 main Countries on TSC as well.

Nowadays there is so much content available for ts sometimes it's hard to find it all. It's certainly far far ahead of tsw.

ststing facts. You listed Japan if you check the steam store you will see those are listed under just trains sold through steam as DLC for TSC. Like many other countries listed they are sold under the developers names listed as DLC for train sim. DTG have zero input in many of them.
Actually Tohoku High Speed is listed as being developed by JustTrains, but that's only because they published it. They're not the actual devs.
Yeah, it's strange how UW went with their Tohoku route, releasing it on Just Trains site 1st, before getting it on Steam.
There was. Hopetown was a miniscule shunting route set in Australia with broad gauge track, included with the Up The Junction pack which also included DTG's only Australian and Dutch trains, both variations of BR shunters designs - in the case of the former, the Victorian Railways F Class.
As with the comment on the Dutch route, I was thinking more of a "proper" route of some length recreating an actual real-world route
