Today I would like to suggest a pack of English Electric based shunters. As we already have the Class 08 and 09 which are broadly similar, these should be fairly easy to create with only minor differences between each class. The classes to be included are Class 10, 11, 12 and 13 with details of each below. Let us start with Class 10.
Excellent idea but for the Class 13 where will DTG get them to be used as basis for Simugraph due to then being scrapped at Sheffield CF Booth or Wales Barry Island.
Excellent suggestion. First i read since a while. To be honest seeing dtg is struggling to implement current tsw stock in timetables and releasing them halfhearted, makes me tired of reading any suggestions and being active in this forum lately. Peak forest seems to release without even using the 101 (i hope they proof different).
That can work with MML Derby to Leeds 75 miles back dated to the 1960s or MML Leiceister to Leeds via Tinsley backdated to when Tinsley was operational that way MML Leiceister to Derby & Nottingham present day gets a Class 13 layer
Agree the tinsley yard is highly needed. The units (13s) are scraped all. But there are still detailed diagrams in archives. For simmugraph i dont think dtg needs anything. The cabless 13 is basicly the same 08 without cab and controls. They were connected via jumper cable, which is visible on many photos. Would very much looking forward to it, i dont even think its in tsc.
