There's no station in real life where there's 0 passengers 24/7
The passenger systems has its problems, but i rather have less passengers & current behaviour than no passengers at all. Would look really empty.

I don’t exactly understand what you mean by ‘close passengers’ do you mean close as in open and close - as in to shut them up and stop them talking? Or do you mean close as in close by something? Do you want the passengers to be closer to the train ?
