Route Leak?

Just found some track near Mainz, which is heading no where, does anybody know it it belongs to a route or if it is just a mistake? Maybe it could be a new route heading to Frankfurt

 

Probably left over track they forgot to remove.

 

Yep is just a single track chilling outside the map
