Xbox Month Not Setup For The New Route. Niditalbahn.

The month not setup for the new route. That just came out today. The rest of the route are setup automatically for time table service mode. The new route is in June. While it should be in march. Talking about niditalbah

 

Are you saying that only June is available? Or that you have to manually set to March when you go into the timetable.

If it’s the latter, this defaults to month of the last service/scenario/training you played.

 

On the linke reheinstrecke the 662 left engine not coming on in time table move. Well service mode.

I don’t manually set it up. Just like the rest of all my route I don’t manually set up. It already setup for that specific month.

 

Scenarios have a set day and month, which you can't change, if you do a scenario that has the month set to June, the next timetable route you go to will default to June.
It's always been like this, and it literally takes two clicks to put it too the current month.

 

I didn’t say anything about scenarios. I am talking about time table mode. You go into time table mode and then you’ll see the month. The month is setup for today date. Well in the new route that came out today it isn’t.

 

Oh come on y’all shouldn’t done it like that. Y’all should kept it like the other setup route that is setup for that specific month. I could of waited for the green to appear for the upcoming month. I don’t like to setup the manual part of it. I want to go straight in with out setting stuff up.

 

If this is all that can be complained about… well, it must be a great route

 

Minor issue and many of the older routes seen to default on the 15th January so it's not alone in this aspect.

Personally I'd prefer all DLC to default to today's date but it's a personal preference and others will disagree and at the end of the day, when all is said and done it's not really an issue.

 

It not that I am completely complaining about it. It just that I got used to setup up month. I went from tsw2020 to tsw2 and 3. None of them had it like that

 

Well as for myself I personally find it better where it was before. Where as I didn’t have to go and setup anything. It was already for the specific month as of march 23. Of 2023. I don’t have to go in and setup nothing. I’ll be ready to plain.

 

Some people just don't take change very well or vocabulary and grammar in this case...

 

Mate it takes a second to switch it to the month you want.

 

It's a small thing, but probably not a good idea to micromanage the default date.
Players are quite capable of making their own decision.
I hope this isn't a new policy for future dlc. I prefer the current default - today's date.

 

Just applied for a refund, this is just a step too far.

I have all the series of tsw collection. Why would I want to refund good stuff. Even if I complain about the stuff.

 

Out of all the time I’d.been with tsw collection I’d only complaint twice. One is about the time. The same situation with the month. They used to have it where there time would be the same as your clock. Time. That was in 2020 and tsw2. That was only the complaint I’d even had anything else was cool with me.

The second complaint is just the month thing I was speaking about. Yes I have all there collection. But I’m not such a big complainer

Each run on this route is what, 45+ minutes, it takes a few seconds (if that) to change the month. It’s literally in the same menu as the start service option.

You are really blowing this out of proportion.

Do I think devs should be micromanaging this? No, but it’s such a minimal issue that it’s barely an issue.

 

Blowing what out of proportion because i was used to just not changing the month. Going right in to play.with out having to change the Month . If ppl want to change the month they can. But as for myself. I play it where I as I don’t to change the month like it always has been. Throwing what out of proportion. Like I said I’d. even playing like this for a min. Where the month was already set to that exact month.

 

Each run has a 45+ min ok that cool. That can stay like that. But that isn’t what I am

I am not trying to increase nothing. I am planning speaking on the month. Which it was set. Unless you want to change it. But again I never had to change it until now.

 

You should try the 'Quick Play' option and all your problems will be washed away instantly.

 

Will it be the same month as I wanted it to.be if not then forget it.

 

Maybe, maybe not, but at least you won't have to choose from a menu. You just go straight in and play which is what you said you wanted.

 

Yeah that what I wanted. But then again I wanted to where it the same month on the same day. With out doing it manually. Quick start is ok. But it ain’t setup to where it the same exact month. Or am I wrong. Wouldn’t hurt to try it

Do I prefer it to default to the current date? Yes, but do I see the fact that it doesn't as an issue? Not at all. I always check the date anyway before playing and make sure to set it to the current date, or the date I want, before playing. If it isn't what I want, I just change it quickly. Then I change the weather to what I want as well. Then I press play. The amount of time it takes to set the date and weather is usually never more than what, 5 or 10 seconds. So I don't see why this is an issue. The devs already answered your question saying it was a creative choice, and while there's some of us who would prefer it to stay as it is, as everyone else has said, this really isn't an issue.
