PlayStation Edge Hill Shed To Lime Street Can't Pass The Red Signal

I've tried to take the Jubilee from Edge Hill shed to Lime Street. About 430 yards from the station, there is a red signal that doesn't change. Anyone else had this happening? I've sat there for ten minutes and it doesn't change colour.
Another Jubilee on the next line passes through the red light with white lights underneath.
