Quick answer: Yes and No! With yes I mean that you can transfer your uploaded liveries from Creators Club by just downloading them again on your new console. This is how I managed it with my uploaded content. So a cross platform transfer is with that option possible. With no I mean that there is currently no option to make a direct profile transfer from PS4 to PS5, because these are seen as two different platforms.
Excuse me. Once you've downloaded your livery, can you edit it? 'cause my game crashes at that point.
