Xbox Tramsim Xbox Preorder

Tramsim can now be preordered on Xbox, how come there was no announcement from dtg for this but there was when preorder was available on PlayStation?
I only found out about the Xbox preorder by going onto the Xbox website

Did DTG buy the rights to tramsim or something?

 

No they collaborate and will work together in the future but for TramSim they’re just the publisher as they helped for the console adaptation

 

I see. Essentially how DTG publish third party dlcs then. I hope tramsim does do well and if the reviews are good then I may buy it. I was ironically thinking about picking it up on my gaming laptop but I may as well just pick it up on my Xbox series x if everything is good
