    1. When using the 158 on the 16:30 service from Leicester as I approach the 40mph speed limit coming into Nottingham the emergency breaks randomly come on for no reason and then happens again when approaching the 25mph speed limit. Not sure if this happens on all services.

    2. the wipers on the 158 don't clear water off the windows so cant see at all in raining weather.

    3. passengers block you in the cab.

    • Can confirm the wiper issue on the Class 158 (most annoying issue currently)
    • Doors inside of HST not correctly opening at all, they appear as opened but they have to be closed and opened again to pass
    • User cannot sit down in the HST passenger seats at all
    • Max. speed not correctly indicated for Class 158, it is 90 but the user is allowed to drive with higher speed without getting points reductions
    • PIS inside of Class 158 not really working at all, always shows other stations

All mentioned bugs I had too, with another Service.I´m using PC version.
Additional I have the feeling the sound of the Class 158 at higher speeds interrupts in a way I assume that the soundloop stops after some time and restart (don´t know how to describe better).

    Further "bugs" on the route:

    weird track in Nottingham:

At Barrow-upon-soar platform not good placed to track, so a train touches it. Sorry but how blind does one have to be to not see this? (i´m not sure if somewhere was similar) 20230419185345_1.jpg

and what the hell is that in Derby? Those concrete blocks destroy every train that passes the end of platform!!! 20230419185451_1.jpg 20230419185500_1.jpg 20230419185521_1.jpg

In the snowy scenario the HST enters the station with the passenger door light illuminated despite being on the move.
The 158 wiper has trouble clearing the screen, sometimes changing to outside camera and back into first person fixes it.

Apparently the wiper on the second man side also clears the driver's side...

Just when I was almost starting to repent and think about rebuying, the above has convinced me to hang on to my money. The whole thing is just sloppy. Might get away with it as freeware but I think most freeware authors take more pride than leaving things like that. And a company and publisher that is quite happy to release content in this state... well let's just say despite the assurances from Mr Jane, I need to be convinced this route is going to get a serious rework and fixes.

Just out of curiosity: does this concrete blocks actually makes the passing train to derail or is it just visually affecting the train (textures collision) not resulting in any disruption for the drive?

My wallet is half open in the hope that Jane can get something substantial done to improve the route. Really hope she can do it and then I will buy, Also look forward to Londonmidland's makeover.

It was all "only" visually. But mostly all freeware routes (for TS) are builded with more care, than those. I have only explaining for these: they guys who builded, perhaps the Betatesters too, are blind. Or they didn't care. However: I refunded it! Those things are NoGos for me for an Payware, especially at that price! And I don´t believe that those things will be corrected/updated in future. The whole issues with signals, passengers standing infront doors and so on perhaps, .....
There was some other platforms that are not nice build (in the video from Train Sim TV on YT you can see some) and some other stuff.
