I assume you're not a native speaker as much of that is hard to understand, so I'll answer based on what I think you mean. PZB during shunting, PZB in Liepzig, lights, gear ratio, economy mode - the manual will only give details for driving the train itself and often the manuals are not very good (but luckily manuals are included unlike TSW where they can't be bothered). If it's about real life driving rules, manuals will almost never talk about them. If you care enough about that, there are plenty of real life sources to find out about these things. Cab light on the floor - I assume you mean it's a serious error in the way the train is set up. Modders online may have provided a fix for this, but the Voith Gravita in Train Simulator was never that good and DTG do not update content older than a year or so old, so do not expect an official patch under any circumstances. Soundproof installed in the middle - genuinely no idea what you mean here. Are you wondering why sound comes from the centre of the locomotive? If so it's the way TS is set up; any sounds will always emit from the centre of said asset. Career scenarios have been in the game since 2010 but up until six or seven years ago were only a supplement to standard scenarios, which were considered the normal scenarios to play, hence the name. However, there was a gradual transition between almost entirely standard scenarios to almost entirely career scenarios, and nowadays only downloaded scenarios and third party DLC generally use standard scenarios.

Both pictures look the same. In English the Cab Light is what illuminates the inside of where the Driver is - you won't see that from outside in daylight. It is a VISUAL effect of what is there in REAL LIFE - it has no effect in this game. Is Frankfurt - Koblenz broken or is it just to do with the Pictures you see when you chose a train? I have no idea why different pictures are shown for the BR429 - the first picture takes you to Scenario 3. The Second and Third pictures take you to the same scenarios 1,2,4,5,6. Each train it two sets as a 10 car train.
I expect it's different types of driving coach that haven't been set up to identify as the same unit like other trains are. An oversight on DTG/ChrisTrains' part.
Acshually, on the top picture notice the track itself being illuminated. Given the light source, it shouldn't be. Quite possibly the floor inside is transparent, at least for lights. The middle one is likely driving from the B cab / end / car / section. Rest I don't know, probably just consist name mistake, in this case an extra space character (Flirt_3). Consists have a group name, let's just say there is no standard there. Sometimes the Class, sometimes the Livery, sometimes the route. The game groups by this name, then lists the individual consists for the group you chose.
I see it now. The can light on the ground is a glitch; it will not be fixed. Again, the Voith Gravita in TS isn't that good. The soundproof walls have been placed the wrong way around. You can fix it yourself in the editor but if you're new to it I'd leave it until you're more familiar with the tools.
If you look at the scenarios it does not matter which one you select. Although you can select Flirt B or Flirt they activate the same scenario.
And you would be wrong. Pick a scenario from Flirt3 B Suwex and it takes you to the lead cab Pick the Same scenario from Flirt3 Suwex and it takes you to the Same Scenario When you look at the route in the editor there are only 7 scenarios One is Flirt 3 Suwex and the other 6 are the same irrespective of the train chaosen
Frankfurt - Koblenz Speed limit, signal are still broken in career scenarios. I finished two, are the rest broken too? How to fix texture errors? Some textures are "flickering", is there any way to adjust it?
Can be easily fixed by adjusting the PointLight blueprint and reducing the radius. Here's my fix for the BR261, altered light colour and fixed radius. Unzip and drop my Assets folder into your RailWorks folder To uninstall, simply delete the "Lights" folder from RailWorks\Assets\DTG\BR261Pack01\
Press Ctrl+E, select the sign, drag it down along the Gizmo's Y axis to the bottom . Press play and you're done. For the soundproof wall, check GoogleEarth. (Editor will give you long/lat coordinates) Ground texture flickering can also be fixed - missing mipmaps in the texture files are the reason. They are vital, and it seems some devs (even AP) forget about these. On some forum somebody gave the advice to not save mipmaps to textures to save space... this is utter bullcrap. You save space (exactly 33% per file), but instead of having a preprocessed best quality downscaling, the GPU must do it on every frame and Anisotropic filter fails. Note that some "Z-buffer fighting" occurs sometimes and has distant textures flicker - this cannot be fixed as it is a rendering issue rooted in the game engine.
If all you want to do is pick up on every niggling little thing the 99% of users just ignore then I think you are playing the wrong game. If I look at TSW posts am I likely to find you pointing out all the faults with that game?
When I press Ctrl+E, it looks like something out of science fiction movie. My 261 is from Leipzig, even so, thank your fix. Is there any website that contains the repaired patches? I really want to fix Frankfurt - Koblenz. What is your Anisotropic Filter setting? It seems that down to 4x can reduce load stutter.
Signals and speed limits are not "little thing". I'm generally satisfy with the game's graphics. I think TSC is more smooth, more beautiful than TSW3. And length, price. Some locos are too old, but I'm more forgiving about that.
You do realise unlike TSW you can go in to the Editor (Build) and fix things like the Speed Boards and other things. If the Speed board is in the wrong place you an raise, lower or even move it elsewhere. Have a look at this from 2014 but nothing much has changed Go to 1m30 and you see how a board is placed with the track links and how to move it
Let's not fight. Language barrier might be a thing, so maybe there is no intention. When I was sort of new, I was hoping to get things fixed myself. I would point out timetables, impossible achievements, what have you. Let's consider it enthusiasm. The game is nice, can I fix this and that though? If the intent is learning, then that's great, will take a while but torfmeister is certainly going to appreciate an apprentice. Otherwise, I recommend just looking at what's nice and learning about what isn't. Armor up, there is a lot. As such, signaling rules are often self-contradicting and each one is the way it is because someone rolled a dice. German signal with 60 board on top, showing 40, what's the speed? 60 in Bayern, 40 in Ruhrgebiet. Why? You must always read the signal restrictively, and a color light signal always overrides the board - it should be showing green. But in Bayern, warnings are weaker and just informing you that there is a board. Including those for 160 kph. (So basically the warning aspect is deleted from the rulebook except for signals without a board. Yes, go and learn every single signal individually. At least if the board is blown away it becomes safer, there is that.)
Anisotropic filter should always be set to max, shouldn't affect FPS. Here's the cablight fix for LeipzigRiesa's Gravita.
Lower Anisotropic filter can get more FPS. Seems to reduce loading stutter. I recommend 2x or lower in low FPS routes, especially China high speed Guilin - Hezhou. Almost no difference in scenery, but trains get little blurred. (8x is only slightly better.) I have 7z. How to move it into .ap?
Anisotropic filter is too important visually as it is needed for textures viewed at low angles, doesn't change performance on my system. You don't modify the .ap - TSC allows easy modification by placing a duplicate of the file in the corresponding path next to the .ap file. This will be loaded with higher priority, overriding the version of that file inside the archive. So just drop the "Assets" folder in my zip into your RailWorks folder, or manually copy the "Lights" folder to RailWorks\Assets\DTG\LeipzigRiesa\ So inside that folder there should be Code: [Lights] +- CabLight.bin +- CabLightExterior.bin blueprints.pak LeipzigRiesaAssets.ap
How do you install Steam workshop scenarios? I found some were broken. And how to check it? Is there any "friendly" free route? I installed a CZ route Ostrava-Zilina, I don't know where to download trains of scenarios.
Workshop scenarios will corrupt when installed in bulk. You will need to uninstall them all, then reinstall them one by one by subscribing, letting them download and opening TS and waiting for it to unpack them. There may be a better method but it's the one I know of.
Maybe unpack yourself, like installing other website scenarios, don't let TSC do it. Some routes have few or no scenarios, eg Birmingham Cross, Tehachapi. Are there any recommended website in UK, US and Germany to download scenarios? rail-sim-de need a lot of DLC, I only found one I can complete paly. By the way, Chinese routes are probably not worth buying, because you won't find any scenarios.

After 2 hours of hard work, I installed many Czech trains, but still incomplete. One person's habit is not good, the name of file is not clear. I don't know if it has been installed. If the train is not found, should I delete those in scenario?
