Track Workers

Why no track workers?
Maybe spawning them in, in random locations, extra points spotting them or deducting of points for not sounding horn quick enough to acknowledging them.

Birds flying

 

This has been mentioned but not for a while
DTG put in a system of "dioramas" that can be used to have animated, spot placed activities and trackside workers or equipment is something this would be great for, unfortunately it's another of those missed "fire and forget" items that was done and then never done again.

Hopefully in the future...

 

The old Densha de Go games had this and yes you got extra points for spotting them and sounding the horn.

 

Give this the attention it deserves.

 

Just more people outside the stations would be nice so this is a great suggestion mate.

 

I would love to see trainspotters at the stations. this is a good shout.

 

don't they already have that as a mastery thing on spirit of steam?

 

yeah but they are a bit weird as they follow the player's movement not the train's.
