when will steam library banner of TSC be changed? still uses old banner, and i like newer one much more, so. should i have to buy newer version?
It will change when DTG changes it You would not gain anything buying a newer version of the game unless you want the routes We are all playing the same software to run the game
In the past DTG have locked the new menu background for a yearly refresh behind a paywall. They did this for TS2016 when users who didn't buy the new version kept the TS2015 background and (arguably still better) menu skin. However, the backdrop for me in this case has been the new one since the update came out, so I have no idea why the OP still has the old one.
