Issues Trying To Buy Historic Journeys Bundle On Steam ?!

    I have tried buying the Historic Journeys bundle on Steam but it comes up with a total cost of £49.98 where it should only be £26.99 as I have everything in the bundle just not Peak Forest. I did ask about this on the TSW Community facebook page but got no response so I thought I would post it here too.

    I have tried numerous things to get steam to play ball including the following:
    1. Log out and back in to my Steam account.
    2. Do a full verify files on my PC.
    3. Uninstall all the other DLC that I own that is part of the Historic Journeys Bundle then try to buy &
    4. Reinstall all the other DLC that I own as part of the Historic Journeys Bundle then try to buy but stills showing a cost of £49.98.

    Please help.

    Or I guess I just have to wait until Peak Forest goes on sale, Any suggestions would be kindly recevied.

    You're Lucky I purchased it via Historic Journeys and it took £71.97 from me and I also already owned the two other routes. I've put a separate post in the forums about it and also submitted a ticket to DTG so will probably have to wit till Monday at least to get this resolved now as its already gone 5pm so I expect they've all gone home for the weekend by now.

    On the Steam TSW3 DLC page click on Peak Forest Railway: Ambergate - Chinley & Buxton Route Add-On
    That will give you a choice of Buy Train Sim World® 3: Peak Forest Railway: Ambergate - Chinley & Buxton Route Add-On
    £29.99 Add to Cart
    or
    Buy Train Sim World® 3 Historic Journeys Bundle BUNDLE (?)
    Collection Complete! 3 of 4 items from this collection are already in your library.
    Bundle infoAdd to Cart
    or
    Buy Train Sim World® 3 Steam Icons Bundle BUNDLE (?)
    Collection Complete! 3 of 4 items from this collection are already in your library.

    click on the Route option not either of the Bundles to buy just Route

    Rich thats stating the obvious none of those suggestion will get me the Peak Forest DLC for £26.99 also I cant check out either if I add 2 things both containing the Peak Forest DLC the check out button is inactive.

    Neither of the two bundles give you Peak Forest Railway: Ambergate - Chinley & Buxton Route for £26.99 it is £29.99 in both of them
    Do not put any bundles in your cart .
    Place only the
    Buy Train Sim World® 3: Peak Forest Railway: Ambergate - Chinley & Buxton Route Add-On
    £29.99
    in your cart (that is one item only )
    Repeat Do not Place any bundles in your cart
    then proceed to check out

    Its advertised on Steam at £26.99 (Complete collection) so it should be purchasable at this price.

    What it certainly shouldnt do is try flogging you a route that you already own

    Now I love Tees Valley Line, but even then I dont want to purchase it twice.

    I entered a ticket and also put a query in in the off topic forum about this on Friday afternoon But have had no reply From DTG yet. I just want to know if I am safe to refund or will doing so mean I lose the two routes I already owned?

    My apologies - our Support team are operational Monday to Friday, so they should come back to you when we've caught up.

    Refunding shouldn't impact your existing routes, but we're in dialogue with Valve about resolving the situation - they won't be online until later today though.

    Update: had an update from our Retail team, and the issue should be resolved now.
