I gave TSW3 a 2 month break hoping DTG would resolve Pathing and Red Light issues. Needless to say a big big disappointment!! C'MON DTG
If you encounter red light issues, log them in this thread. I think DTG are under the impression that they fixed them, and took the item off the roadmap, claiming that their fix has addressed "80 to 85 percent" (see note below) of the issues. That thread is proof that they haven't, and we have to use it to bring the item back into focus. NOTE: DTG JD claimed the "80 to 85 percent" fix in the March roadmap. Since then, no more "red light issues" on April and May roadmaps, and DTG are mum about the issue.
Unfortunately your post is as helpful as DTG's "we fixed a lot of them, we'll take it off the roadmap" Where have you experienced a red light are you able to recreate the instance reliably on what service at which location at which time do you have a picture of the map at that location and time so we can replicate it ourselves? Whilst not saying that DTG have done their job and made sure that these things will never happen, when making claims about an issue it's always going to be a requirement that you make a case rather than a claim
Thank you in advance for logging the issue in that thread. We are still investigating and working on them, but it's not a 'Core' issue at this point, and would need to be addressed on a route-by-route basis.
Loggin it in the thread or even creating a ticket doesn't change or fix anything Red Light issues still exists on Journey Chapters so of course they can be recreated I am tired of logging and creating red light tickets only for DTG to email and say it has been resolved when it it really isn't
There's multiple reports of the red light Issue I am encountering both in Journey mode and timetable mode in Kassel
Not immediately and maybe not ever, but the point is if people here can recreate it then DTG are (slightly) more likely to take note. I've had random red lights, that when I ran the run again didn't happen so the issue may be replicable, but inconsistent I think you're missing the point of consistently Are they responding to you directly and saying that your instance of a red light issue is fixed? Or is someone saying "We've fixed a bunch of red light issues" which isn't the same thing. If the former, and it can be replicated, then totally the matter should be raised by anyone who can replicate it, hence me asking where when etc
