Xbox Series X Creator Club Downloading Bug

Whenever i try to download something off of creator club it will not download, instead it will be stuck on an infinite loading screen, i have tried signing out and back into dovetail live (which worked before) and restarting my device. It did this before dovetail live was down and is currently still acting up, device is series s.

 

have you subbed to over 100 things?

 

Got that issue on PS4. Made an entire thread on it. It's been like it since day 1.

 

Non c'entra nulla quanto hai scaricato. Io attualmente ho 8 pagine di livree scaricate dal creator club. Anche a me su PS4 fa lo stesso, ho addirittura eliminato tutto il gioco e riscaricato tutto da capo (estensioni comprese). Ho risolto semplicemente scaricando i contenuti dal sito https://creatorsclub.dovetailgames.com/ . Quando ti logghi automaticamente le vedi poi anche sulla console!

 

It's worse for me... I download liveries from creator club that, I can't find in the scenarios menu when you select the loco.
Even on some scenarios have the red exclamation point appears to me (requires download), practically as if it didn't see the extension regularly purchased from the play store. I find it in the map list but from the creator club it appears that I don't have it

 

i get that issue on my PS 5 when trying to download/ subscribe. so what i now do is download/subscibe on my laptop which i have no problems with. the only problem is how do you go to the next page on the CC club when checking what the creators have made, for instance if a creator has made 30 scenarios/liveries. the cc club only shows about 12 of them on a page, but there is no way of seeing the rest of them

 

Same here ,I have mentioned this for months now and it’s been ignored. I was asked to send a message pm or whatever it’s called , with a video clip and the DLCs I have installed to see if that could solve the online problem ages ago and even after chasing it up , it has been forgotten and I have a lot less than 100 subs .
I have even mentioned it on Q&As for streams and it’s never been mentioned except the first time when they said that I need to have less than a 100 subs EVEN THOUGH I KEEP SAYING I HAVE LESS THAN A 100 !!
I’m guessing that they l have no idea what’s going on and have chosen to ignore it , which is a shame because CC is great
