Dtg Live Logout Error

    Hey DTG JD:)

    No one noticed? The URL is wrong, a typo (uri instead of url), resulting in an error message after logout.

    DTG is aware of this and they are working to fix it.

    Excuse me. How hard is it to fix one single character - if that is taking weeks for you, I'm really failing to understand (or beginning to... ;) )

    Do you want folks to stay connected all the time maybe?

    I can logout by changing the URL manually on PC to direct me to the Logout screen - on my mobile I cannot.

    This is what we are up against, it is becoming worse by the day.
    The simple fixes are just not happening, they are just being added to the endless list of "to do's"

    Yes. And dtg_jan , saying thank you for feedback is worthless if it's not followed by action.

    Not that this specific issue is a real problem for me - but it really comes over as ignorant as this is a 5 seconds fix. And as this is your official forum, it represents your company in a very bad way having a dead link on there.

    Your IT staff probably fell victim to a bad font, confusing i with l, but the solution has been presented.

    Probably DTG has outsourced the IT...

    Hey all.

    No typos here. This is in fact not meant to say URL (Uniform Resource Locator) but URI (Uniform Resource Identifier).
    This was explained to me by our very smart IT folk, who are also still very much in house.
    I'm not very IT savvy, but from what I understand there's a pending software update that's causing the issue. I pinged our IT team again and will have a talk with them tomorrow, then I'll either report back myself or let them do the talking.

    And please do me a favour, keep in mind that there's a person sitting on the other end of the line, reading your comments.
