Hey guys, while the big update made East Midlands definitely more playable there is still a glaring issue what I just can’t get my head around. The HST just looks horrible. The whole front simply doesn’t load correctly and looks like complete LOVE especially when you compare it to the original one from Reading to London. This has to be fixed
Same for me on ps4. Though I think it's because ps4 is 8th gen and not nearly as power as 9th gen (ps5)
That’s no excuse to make it look so horrible. The PS4 is powerful enough to render games of way higher quality. I paid 35€ for this DLC and it just looks LOVE
That's only on PS4 only. Me from PC it looks fine. It's PS4 which is doing it and I think cannot be fixed.
That’s very weird. Especially because the original HST looks perfectly fine. The quality difference between some trains is just very obvious with some outliers like the 313 and the G3 that look absolutely perfect. DG really needs to step up it’s quality control because this is not a cheap game and the trains are literally the most important part of the game
Same issue on xbox one x, just on this train i believe. I think the LOD model is bugged, because you can make it look worse by moving the camera away, then zooming in, then moving the camera closer again, it will weirdly retain an even worse looking model until you zoom back out again. It renders correctly in the livery creator. I can produce image and video evidence if it would help.
