Sehs Is Broken After 20th June 2023 Patch

Hey DTG JD - maybe this small finding will help you to identify the root cause (otherwise sorry for tagging):

I've tried to run service 2K20 yesterday, which is listed in the 375 timetable (Rochester-Faversham 10:20).

• When I tried to run it from Class 375's timetable - I have spawned on foot on Faversham platform;
• When I spawned on foot on Rochester at 10:15 to pick this service up - instead of 375 this service was operated by 465. I have picked it up, completed it and it ticked as completed in 375's timetable;
• I've also run the 375 service from Faversham to Rochester departing at 10:00 (1P18) and arrived to Rochester at 10:35, then at 10:38 the 375 has arrived on the platform, as expected.

There is something messed up with liveries and timetable after the patch I think.

 

DTG JD ,same issue with service 2K08 I spawned in at Rochester and the train that showed up was the 375. I tried spawning in at 8:05 at Rochester and the train that showed up was a 465. Below are pictures

 

I just ran 375 service 1S22 without any problems. I am on PC.

 

Sounds a little concerning but thank you for the update. Seems that the previous patch was more than just adding services and place holder for the 700. But what do I know. I’m just speculating.

 

The ROG electrostar journey is affected, too

 

Any possibility of just rolling back the patch until DTG can sort out what went wrong?

Still no explanation as to why an SEHS update was rolled out when the Class 700 launch is still several weeks away at least......

 

That's the case I'm afraid - not all services of a particular train type of SEHS are affected by this issue. You will not know until you'll select one.

 

Again, patch notes really must include every change made, not just the bullet points.

 

Especially when some players have mention NYT and Bakerloo line got affected also with this patch but there was nothing mention about that.

 

Just did 3 more services, a 1S22 a 375 which started as normal, then 2U22 a 465 service which started as normal, finally 1S38 a 395 service which spawned on the platform by a 375.

 

I selected 1S38 and it spawned me at Faversham platform 11

 

The destination at the front and side of the train train isn't showing up on the 375 since the update

 

Just started a ROG service which spawned me on foot at St Pancras

 

Oh what is a new player like me supposed to think? I was popping in on foot and hadn't a clue what to do. Where's the manuals?
It was confusing before the patch too. Now I don't know what's what. Going back to flight simming for the weekend.

 

Can confirm after the update that just came in, previously broken service 1J33 spawns you in the cab correctly again.

2U22 London Victoria to Gravesend on Xbox Series X is broken.
It will spawn you in a random location and the AI will complete the service for you.
The service must be really hard as even the AI can only get bronze on it.

I have tried the service 10 times and it fails every single time.

I did also test on the PS5 version 1.45 and the issue is the same there.

The PS4 version 1.44 didn't have the issue, but version 1.46 has the samme issue as Xbox and PS5.

 

I'm having the same problem with 2U34 London Victoria to Gravesend on PC/Steam. I've tried it with mods, and with mods removed and tried launching the service from both the journey mode and timetable menus with the same result. The most recent patch has fixed some of the problem services but not all of them, it would seem.

 

AI only gets you the points for loading passengers and reaching destination points so will probably never earn enough points to get anything over Bronze.

Yep I have the same issues as stated above on Xbox X and PC steam. Also service 2U26. There might be other services affected.

 

Confirmed on PC. 2U22 spawns you on foot at... Ebbsfleet again. Losfer words.

I’m on Xbox, I tried a few services the other night after the patch and all seemed fine. Gutted to hear this now

 

Most interesting on 2U22. When I looked at the schedule there are 2 services listed, a 09.53 and a 20.23. When I went into the 09.53 I was on an empty platform at Teynham. The 20.23 spawned me in the cab as it should be. Though it looks strange in the cab. Also makes me wonder if there are some items in the timetable that are not really trains.

 

Luckily no big deal for me, as I like to spawn on foot, board the train, check it's set up correctly (rear panto, Trainline Power, Lights, etc.).

But it seems the more layers a route has, the more dangerous it is for DTG to touch the timetable...

 

... don't count your chicken before they're hatched.

2U22 knackered for me too. Spawned me at Chatham ( maybe I should pop down the DTG's offices and ask them nicely to fix the game lol.) I wouldn't mind but the train I'm supposed to be driving doesn't even reach Chatham so I won't see it. I'll happily have the easy points though

 

I tried the 2U22 and spawned first time near Rochester I think, it wasn't at a station and the second time at Chatham. It seems to be the only one so far.

 

Hi. Just tried to drive the "5L02 Slade Green Depot to Gravesend" service and got spawned on foot at Higham. Next attempt I got spawned at Strood and the next after that — at Greenhithe for Bluewater.
I thought this was supposed to be fixed? There was an update and everything.

 

Did the service run?

 

I'm having the same issue with 1J93 Ashford to St Pancras

 

The problem still exists in TSW4. Tried to do 1j93 and spwaned at Teynam

 

Just tried 1J93 a couple times myself, still an issue with spawning you at some platform instead of the train.

Another bump from me. Having many issues, including 1J93 as mentioned above. I can't help but feel it has become slightly more common over the last couple of updates.

 

So Just a quick questions have you submitted a ticket?
Hopefully the more people that log it it might get sorted.
