I'm excited about the Class 700 because it adds to a great route.

Not excited about Glossop, I have no connection to that route and it looks like it doesn't offer much with one train and very short stopping route.

There are two running threads for Glossop Line, and one for the 700...
Both are also in the correct forum, unlike this one.

Not "excited", but somewhat looking forward to Glossop. Not interested in the 700 as it's not coming to BML.

Really looking forward to the 700, not very hyped for Glossop but I'll probably get it anyway as I always buy uk content.

    Looking forward to both.

I think I'll buy the 700/0 first though as it adds yet more variety to my (currently) favourite route.

Class 700 moderate interest depending on the sounds and physics.

Glossop. Zero interest. It’s a sawn off excuse of a route that recycles a train we already have. Maybe one for a 80% off fire sale to satisfy the curiosity.

I like the 700 but I abhor riding on them in real life. The seats are awful, they smell stale, too cold in winter, announcements are mind numbing and the London public are awful.
A very reliable train though and probably quite nice to drive.

At least you can avoid all that with a virtual one. ;)

when they do have free time for suggestions for new routes i hope they could soon release a northern route with the class 195 or 331 depending on the route.

Wakefield Line (Doncaster to Leeds via Wakefield Westgate) utilises the 331. The only downside is LNER 91s and/or Azumas might also be needed (at least) to add to service variety (the 331s stop at all stations whereas LNER is Doncaster, Wakefield Westgate and Leeds).

    Nah, not really.

I'm rather more awaiting a leak/reveal of what Union Workshop in working on for TSW, for some another narrow gauge Swiss/Swiss-Italian mountainous route released by Rivet, or for a steam loco pack released for WSR.

I’m interested at seeing both and what they have to offer, not yet ready to purchase either, but I’ll probably look to do it for both further down the line.

Bought Glossop today and it's quite good. (I'm easily pleased though) however if you're on PlayStation and have PS Plus you get a £2 discount which ain't too shabby.

Xbox SX, though I wouldn’t complain at £19.99 I think it’s at a rather reasonable price tag.

700 definitely, before glossop released I had little interest as it was 20 quid which I thought was a bit much. Realising that I wouldn’t get it cheaper anytime soon, I bought it and it’s now my personal favourite route
