I don't know if this has already been suggested, and if that is the case, I am sorry. TRAINSPOTTER MODE when you look at trains that pass by you in a radius of uhh lets say 50 meters, they will honk at you or play with the headlights for a greeting! There should be a medium chance of the headlight greeting and a lower chance of the horn greeting, especially at train stations, because thats where they usually do NOT honk at you, for obvious reasons. would be a neat feature for when you trainspot, record the game, and then passing trains actually greet you! you can also do that yourself with your keyboard but this would still be cool, right?
I do agree with this for when you're bored with driving I've never had a train change headlights at me before (not even any videos of trains changing headlights at speed), but I have seen and had many tones
happens in germany quite a lot, maybe in your country there are restrictions about playing with the lights
If we ever got to the point where we had a large chunk of the BR network and just about every diesel and electric class in the game (unlikely I know) then something like a virtual version of the Hellfire/Scottish Railrover games would be quite fascinating.
