Creators Club Not Working

Hi, when I try to download something on Creators Club it just spins and there is no way of signing out.
Can someone please help?

 

Log out and log in again with dovetail live.

You should sign out ON TSW not on Xbox

 

Select any route, press RB untill the you get to the settings, then press Y

I am having the same problem. on PC .......the download wont complete even though I have all the requirements. Signing out and in again doesnt work for me

 

i tried going to settings and press y on xbox it still don't workfor me

 

I get that quite often, saying it needs requirements when I have them all, I now tend to log into dovetail live on the dtg website and go into Creators Club there and things download ok. The CC in game is flakey, in a different way the CC online is too as it will say user ‘x’ has, say, 50 uploads, but it will only show 6 or so; anyway try going through the website to get stuff that wont download through the in-game CC

 

On PC, the only reliable way is to download with your web browser via the Dovetail Live website, not in-game. This may work on consoles- I believe they have web browsers?

 

I am on ps4 and can say that if I want to download I must login through a web browser to creator club through tsw website and subscribe to the content on the browser. Then next time I open game on ps4 the livery/scenario will be available.

Edit: I have not tried through ps4 browser as it is slow I use either pc or android to login to creator club

 

I tried the web browser on Xbox one and it didn’t work I didn’t get the subscribed liveries SWT 707 and SE. 707
