Gwe Missing. Help Please. [solved]

    If you are on Xbox just go to your account, that’s Profile&System-settings-account-payments and select Order history. Find your purchase and then take a picture and e-mail it to support.

    Good news Bad News for me either way after a quick check i found the following..
    On 1/23/19 i purchased a digital copy of TSW 1 on xbox market place.
    I also have a physical copy of TSW 1 and TSW 2.
    Yet i currently have no regular pc to send a picture to whoever to prove it.
    This is ridiculous anyway i shouldn't have to prove anything to Microsoft since i'm not at fault.
    But thanks for the suggestions.

    Well i still have GWE for TSW1 and TSW2 so it's not a total wash plus if i'm remembering correctly Diesel Legend came about during TSW2 so i can still use it there.If all i lose is the ability to relivery the GWE HST so be it,not a big deal there still the MML HST to play in TSW3 and it can be relivered so theres that at least.

    Hey - just to clarify, we are working on Microsoft to resolve the issue. Sorry it's taking a while - they have SLAs for this sort of thing so it can sometimes take a little while.

    Granting GWE keys through Support with a valid receipt is only a fast-track to get affected players access so you can play in the meantime.

    https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com/support/solutions - head here, and submit a ticket please, providing (if you have it) proof of the original purchase. This can be done on a mobile device as well as a PC.

    It can be done. Go to DTG website and go to support. You can submit a ticket there through your phone. Take a photo of your physical copy and submit it. I did this this afternoon. Awaiting a reply.

    I think I'll try and submit a ticket tommorow or I might just wait till its sorted. Pretty annoying to have to mess about when its not our fault though. I very rarely play the route but the main thing is the DB freight Ai not showing up on other routes and scenario planner.

    Maybe DTG could just pass out FREE GWE dlc and get this issue out of the way quicker.If Microsoft can't resolve this in a timely matter at the very least it be a good PR move.It was a nice gesture with the TGV dlc why couldn't it work with this.

    You don’t need a key now, they have fixed the error, you should be able to reload your GWE now ?:|
