    Hi Everyone,
I was thinking of routes that would be good for TSW3, and Southwestern Railway came to mind. The route from London Waterloo to Windsor & Eton Riverside would be good, because it's 34 km, and would take about an hour to run through. The route has a main section, but also a different path that forks off between Barnes and Mortlake and rejoins again between Feltham and Whitton.

The route would be good because it already has some of the existing trains which are on it, in TSW3. The class 455 and Class 707 are both in the game, so the only train that would need to be made would be the class 458. The other two would just need moderate tweaking to make them the SWR style. The route also runs faster and slower services, with some stopping at every station, and others stopping at a selected few. It has 25 stations, which is manageable for TSW3 seeing as it was done for the Bakerloo line.

In terms of scenarios, a few days ago I was on a train traveling from Twickenham to Richmond via St. Margarets during a storm, when a log had fallen onto the track at st margarets station. This meant that the entire train had to be offloaded through the front door of the train, something which I had never seen before in my many years of riding trains, and think this would be a good place to start with a scenario for the route.

Thanks for reading if you've read this far, and hopefully this route can be implemented into the game.

    Thanks,
    SJ

455 and 707 is not in tsw. Even though a 700 and 707 are similar, there may be differences

To be fair, the only major difference is that 700 has ATO and 707 doesn't. Which isn't an extremely major change all things considered. When they said 455 I presumed they ment 313 is very similar which is completely false - they have a lot of diffrenve both drivers wise and exterior/interior wise.

Personally I'd rather get the entire Waterloo-Reading line with this as a branch and maybe also having the hounslow and kingston loop albeit that might get a little to large for TSW3.

Licensing is also a little issue so having it set with SWT might be a better shout.

I have made a suggestion like this too, but it would include South West Trains, not South Western Railway as it doesn't look like SWR wants to give Dovetail their license. We already have the Stagecoach license, and SWT was operated by Stagecoach. Here is a little updated version of your route, with some tweaks from a forum I made. Also, we already have a lot of third rail TSW3 routes, so maybe let's wait around for TSW4. Not that anybody cares, but unless there's a MML extension, a MML South/ECML South or a SWT route, I likely won't buy TSW4.

    Operator: South West Trains
Rolling Stock: 455, 450, 458, with the addition of layers of the Class 375, 377, and 465 as AI trains.
Route: London Waterloo - Windsor with the addition of the Hounslow Loop and Strawberry Hill.
Layers this would allow: 455s and 458s at Reading on GWE | 455s, 458s and 707s at Clapham Junction

    Scenarios Below

    1. All the Stations
In the early morning, take a Class 455 down the line from Windsor to London Waterloo via Richmond. That's it, no problem.

    2. Diversion and Delays
Due to of a heavy storm, a tree fell on the tracks causing all trains to be diverted either via Hounslow or via Strawberry Hill. Take your Class 455 to Windsor, dealing with a slow train ahead of you. There should be plenty of trains passing by you.

    3. You're Reading My Mind
Take a Class 455 out to Reading via Richmond, as far as Staines. It's snowy this morning, so you may expect your acceleration and braking to be slow.

    4. The Londoneer
Let's stay in London today, shall we? Take over an Empty Class 458 that came in from Wimbledon Depot via the District Line and drive it up to London Waterloo for the PM Peak. Next, run an all stopping service BACK to London Waterloo via the Hounslow Loop. The whole journey should take no longer than 1h 30m.

    5. Wing It Like Weybridge
When your Class 458 has a fault, you have to make sure it can get to Staines where the train will be inspected.

    6. Express End
Take over a Class 450 from Woking at Staines and make sure it can get to London Waterloo before you take it back to the depot at Clapham Junction for the night.

    7. A Short Run
Take over a Class 450 from Southampton Central at Clapham Junction and make sure it can get to London Waterloo. It's a crowded one this morning, so expect some delays near Waterloo.

Yeah I think you are probably right on that one SWT would work better than SWR. I think the only problem there might be is that that could be too many stations to handle, so it might have to be a base route for TSW4 but that's probably pretty unlikely. Funnily enough I'm writing this from an SWR train to Yeoville Junction. Also I love your scenarios btw.

Well thank you! It actually took me about 45 minutes total to actually think of some good scenario ideas.
