    To DTG,
When the SDK is released will it be a real SDK or just another LDK (Loco Development Kit) so we can read ALL of the variables from the sim NOT just what the Loco developer uses?

Please give us a real SDK.
    Thank you
    David.

Have you read the articles? We will be able to make routes, scenarios, trains, and rolling stock.

Not looking to make "routes, scenarios, trains, and rolling stock" looking at addon hardware.
build real controllers like we do for FSX that need to talk to the SIM.

We're talking about something different to the TSW Editor. An SDK/API would allow software to interface with TSW for the purposes of creating drivers for Hardware controllers, like Raildriver for example. At the moment there is no indication that DTG are developing an API for this, so it's unlikely to appear any time soon, if ever. This is why Raildriver doesn't work with TSW and won't for the foreseeable future.

Oh... nevermind then. No sign of that coming, you're right.

D.D. thanks for the link I have down loaded the file and will take a look at it.

I did think that it would not be any time soon as there is no SDK for TS20xx and thats been out for some years.
Its a shame the Dev's of Sim's other then flight type do not think hardware addons are important at least that was one thing Microsoft got right in a big way I just wish other would see this.
