so I found some secret keybinds and thought I'd share them with you (most of them are just HUD/UI stuff and one or two other kinda useful keybinds).

    Crtl+1
show/hide "next stop" pin on world

    Crtl+2
show/hide "next speed limit" pin on world

    Crtl+3
show/hide "next signal" pin on world

    Crtl+4
switch between display of only next signal, both, only next speed limit and none in HUD (top right)

    Crtl+5
show/hide speedometer with brake, doors and safety system displays

    Crtl+6
    show/hide action point count

    Crtl+7
show/hide the red-to-green marked area on the tracks where you should stop at

    Crtl+8
switch between four different looks of the dot in the center (disable, transparent dot, default dot and circle)

    Crtl+0
teleport back to the last driver's seat you have been sitting in (does not work with passenger seats or training center benches/chairs)

the first few ones are very useful if you want to drive like a professional without the stuff in the HUD displaying everything, and rather looking at the speed limits, signals, speedometer etc. in the cab and map you are playing on. I also recommend this instead of just simply hitting F1 which shows/hides the entire HUD, since you may still need the top left display which shows you the current time (take a watch or smartphone as an excuse), the time you need to finish your current task (excuse is on the timetable you'd have with you IRL), the next station you need to stop at (also written on the timetable IRL) and the distance to the next station (excuse your skill issues with this one lmao)

edit: you can also still see the responses of the signaller when doing it this way rather than pressing F1 where you wont see it then

Good summary, but there is also Ctrl+7 which hides the rainbow countdown thing to the stop marker where each coach of your passenger train should be. If someone can explain that better please do.

ooh, you mean like the area on the tracks that lights up, starting from red to green where the heading car should be? I tried every number with Crtl but since I was not close to my stop I probably did not see it toggle, thank you for bringing that up aswell!

On the BR 182 and Dispolok, double tap A or D key to start the train lenght "roadrunner" feature, it will make "beep beep" when the train pass the marker.
