When the Class 700 EMU passes by the player, in my case in freecam mode while driving the train, the audio seems to cut off at some point for each car of the train. I can't really explain it, but the video below of me recording the problem should help. the issue is probably better to identify with headphones. It reminds me of TSW2 back on the console, where a few trains had the same issue with cut-off audio, which is now fixed in TSW3, but I hope the Class 700 is not the return of this audio issue.
