Sherman Hill Another Track?

Discussion in 'TSW General Discussion' started by SD40Australia, Aug 10, 2023.

  1. From Dale Creek near Summit there is a single track that winds its way back to Cheyenne (east bound and can only take from Laramie side). Does it get used? 20230810194622_1.jpg

    In some scenarios only...
Can't recall using this track in timetable mode... Or maybe because I haven't played any of the services that take this track !

Ah, the Harriman Cutoff. It's featured in the TSC version of Sherman Hill, but unfortunately it never became accessible for the TSW version. It sits alongside the Dresden Flughafen branch as another fully developed track that could be added to the game if someone decided to give it some scenery.

IIRC, there is an AI oil train that runs on it from Cheyenne to the wye towards Denver.

  6. I think that's it.
Yes would be outstanding if we could see it in game, apparently a route editor "could be" on the way (I believe it is) and then we could populate this.

The Dresden route is epic. I noticed an extra station on the way north to the airport.

Would love DTG's high quality to be done on these two rather than generic models being used.

Dresden routes have some narrow gauge railways and steam railways on Chemnitz route. Would love to see them too. Even if individual cheaper DLC but prefer them as you can walk from the station to the steam...
