Now that we have had 2 livery packs for US stock, how about some new liveries for UK types. Some classes that are in need of more liveries include... Class 08 Class 09 Class 20 Class 31 Class 33 Class 37 Class 40 Class 45 Class 47 Class 52 Class 101 Class 158 Class 165 These types carried a vast array of liveries between them over the years.
I'd love to see a class 158 livery pack! Definitely a class 47 and class 37 pack! Also I think you mean class 166, yes that would be cool too!
It would be cool if we got an hst upgrade pack with some liveries. Like with electric doors and stuff. We could have new GWR, ScotRail, etc...
I think these should probably just be uploaded as liveries to the Creator’s Club with an option to turn on/off (as that should just be an option in general) seen as they bothered to even integrate the feature of custom paint.
This would be an excellent idea - there are so many potential liveries for the existing rolling stock, and doing so would create layers that could a) breathe life into existing UK routes b) ensure that there are no more one train routes
Well that's better than nothing, but what I mean is, a modern 158 livery pack could add more trains to Cathcart, Glossop, MML, Edinburgh - Glasgow, London to Brighton. A BR HST pack to West Cornwall and Tees Valley. Loco repaints could appear all over the place depending on the loco and the era.
You'll need a Valenta HST for West Cornwall Local. VP185 and MTU power came well after the time it were set.
A Tees Valley livery pack would be a good place to start. 101 in Reggie Rail, 08 & 37 in Railfreight red stripe & also 37501 in British Steel blue. Not sure how the logistics would work to do with including CL20& CL31 liveries in the pack but the 20 could go into blue and the 31 into RF red stripe and sectorisation grey
