I logged in to play for the first time in months, likely since spring and my game required some updating. So I went through the process of the updates, and then started. But ... then Oakville required an update so I waited through that one before starting again. Well, I was curious what affects the update had had on OSD because it's had issues for a long time, so I opened the News and could not find mention of anything recent or specific. Then, I decided to just check things out by running THE one forever failed scenario - Equipment Move. You can only imagine my surprise and pleasure when arriving at the usual "stuck" location that I actually got the green and the scenario continued allowing me to finally complete it after all these years of frustration. WOW! What a great start to a boring rainy day here at home. With that being accomplished I was then curious about the version crossover glitch - the one from being imported from TSW2 to TSW3. Yeah, the one where the Introduction could not be completed due to not reading your external camera switch back. It worked too!!! Finally both dead end scenarios were completed. Finally credit was issued. Finally I had them all. So I send a huge Thank You to DTG for finally fixing these issues. Especially since the Equipment Move has been broken for a lot of years. Train life is now good again.
Indeed great to see such fixes coming. Now if you could only cut back the waiting time for bugfixes with several months...
Sorry I have to read this twice: The paying beta tester thanking for a bug fix after months of complaining and crying, in the OSD case even after years?! I´m really gettin´old ... But yeah, thanks .... finally. More to come?
The fixes are welcome but the tip of the iceberg really when it comes to the list of needed fixes, both to the core and individual DLC.
After reading your post I looked at my game and saw a gold medal for this scenario. I wonder how I did it.
